Thrive Aesthetics Policies

At Thrive Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a thoughtful, personalized experience for every client who walks through our doors. In order to respect the time of our providers and our guests, we kindly ask that you review the policies below prior to booking your appointment.

 

Our goal is to create a seamless experience while ensuring that appointment availability is fair and accessible for everyone.

Booking & Appointment Reservations

Appointments may be scheduled online through our booking system or by contacting our office directly. All services require a credit card on file or a deposit in order to reserve your appointment. This helps us ensure availability for clients who are ready to receive treatment.

 

For new clients, a consultation may be recommended prior to certain aesthetic treatments so we can create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in a $100 cancellation fee.No-show appointments will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.

 

These policies allow us to offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary paperwork. Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled guest. In some cases, late arrivals may require rescheduling. Full service fees may still apply.

Refund Policy

All services provided at Thrive Aesthetics are considered final sale.

 

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

 

If you have any questions or concerns about your results, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to evaluate your outcome and recommend appropriate follow-up care if needed.

Retail Products

Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Gift Cards

Thrive Aesthetics gift cards are available for purchase and may be used toward any treatment or product. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

If a gift card is lost or stolen, please contact our office and we will do our best to assist.

Memberships

Clients enrolled in Thrive Aesthetics memberships receive exclusive benefits and pricing depending on the selected program.

 

Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis the first or the fifteenth of the month. Membership benefits and credits must be used according to the terms of the program and may not be transferred between individuals.

 

Full membership terms will be provided at enrollment.

Treatment Eligibility

Some treatments may require a consultation prior to booking to ensure safety and appropriate candidacy. Providers reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not considered medically appropriate or in the best interest of the client.

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany clients to appointments unless necessary.
