Founder & CEO
Stephanie Michael, PA-C is the founder of Thrive Aesthetics and a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in clinical medicine. Her background includes Neurosurgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Emergency Medicine, providing a strong medical foundation that guides her safety-focused, detail-driven approach to aesthetic care.
With more than seven years in medical aesthetics, Stephanie specializes in facial balancing, subtle enhancement, and long-term skin health. She is passionate about education, collaboration, and creating personalized treatment plans that help patients feel confident, refreshed, and beautifully themselves.
Dr. Leroy Nickles,
MD, MBA
Medical Director
Dr. Leroy Nickles, MD, MBA serves as the Medical Director of Thrive Aesthetics. Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, he brings extensive experience in clinical leadership and hospital-based medicine.

In addition to his executive role with TeamHealth, Dr. Nickles provides medical oversight to Thrive Aesthetics, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, compliance, and clinical excellence.
Jennifer Dwyer, RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Operations
Jennifer Dwyer, RN, BSN is the Director of Clinical Operations at Thrive Aesthetics and an experienced registered nurse with a background in emergency medicine, medical aesthetics, and healthcare leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, supporting a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care.
Jennifer brings extensive experience in high-acuity clinical settings and medical practice operations. She is known for her ability to create strong clinical systems that prioritize safety, efficiency, and seamless patient experiences. In addition to overseeing clinical operations, Jennifer provides select wellness services, including injectable therapies and IV infusions.

Gina Giovinco is the Practice Manager and Client Experience Lead at Thrive Aesthetics. With a background in brand strategy, communications, and experience design, she is dedicated to creating seamless, intentional client journeys that feel welcoming, elevated, and personal.

Christina Shembeck
Skin Care Specialist
Christina Shembeck is a licensed cosmetologist with over 20 years of experience in skincare and aesthetics. She specializes in customized skin treatments including microneedling, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and laser hair removal.

Christina takes an education-based approach to skincare, focusing on long-term skin health, consistency, and individualized treatment planning. Her goal is for every client to feel refreshed, confident, and informed, with a clear understanding of their skin and recommended care.
Riley scott
Skin Care Specialist
Riley is a licensed aesthetician specializing in customized skincare treatments including Procell microchanneling, microneedling, Candela laser treatments, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, and acne care. In addition to skincare, Riley does lashes and is highly skilled in brow shaping, tinting, waxing, and lamination—enhancing natural features with subtle precision.
She takes a calm, results-focused approach to skincare, emphasizing education, consistency, and individualized treatment plans. Riley is passionate about continued learning and is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin in a supportive and relaxing environment.
